Grand theft auto IV

This is all about grand theft auto IV. My opions and anyone else that wants to leave one. The game is not due out until october but with all the hype and media coverage is the game set to dissapoint even before its release?

On my list of things to talk about is :-
Flying:-
It was in older gta games but it looks to be missing from GTAIV
Graphics:-
The graphics are said to be more realistic but has the gamplay been compromised by this?
Swimming:-
Will this be another feature to be compromised?
Map size:-
Blu ray discs can hold an enormous amount of information so why is GTA IV only the size of liberty city? Even San andreas had three islands.
